Privacy Policy for Habit Alarm

Effective Date: May 24, 2026

Solo Mode Studios (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Habit Alarm mobile application (the “Service”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

1. Information Collection and Use

We deeply respect your privacy. Habit Alarm does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) to external servers. All habit logs, routines, and alarm configurations you create are processed and stored locally on your own device.

Types of Data Used:

  • Local Application Data: The app processes your routine names, alarm times, and habit completion history. This data remains entirely on your local device storage.
  • Log and Usage Data: We may process completely anonymous, non-personal data (such as device type, operating system version, and application performance metrics) exclusively to identify bugs and maintain app stability.

2. Data Retention Policy (How Long We Store Your Data)

Because your privacy is our priority, we do not retain your data on any remote database or cloud server. * Local Storage Duration: All of your personal configurations, habit logs, and alarm settings are stored locally in your device’s secure internal storage. This data is retained indefinitely on your device to ensure the uninterrupted functionality of your alarms and habits.

  • User Control: The data will remain on your device until you choose to delete it manually or uninstall the application.

3. Data Deletion Policy (How You Can Delete Your Data)

You have absolute control over your data. Since your data is not stored on a server, you do not need to request data deletion from us. You can completely delete and wipe all your data from the app at any time using the following methods:

Method 1: Clearing App Storage (Device Settings)

You can instantly and permanently erase all data, configurations, and logs by clearing the app cache and storage via your Android device settings:

  1. Open your device’s Settings.
  2. Navigate to Apps or Applications Manager.
  3. Select Habit Alarm from the list.
  4. Tap on Storage or Storage & Cache.
  5. Tap Clear Data or Clear Storage. This permanently deletes all your routines, history, and preferences.

Method 2: Uninstalling the Application

Uninstalling Habit Alarm from your device automatically triggers the Android operating system to completely delete all local directories and files associated with the app. Once uninstalled, all your habit logs and configurations are permanently wiped and cannot be recovered.

4. Device Permissions Required

To function effectively as an alarm and habit tracker, the app requires specific device permissions:

  • Alarms & Reminders: Required to schedule exact alarms and trigger notifications for your habits.
  • Notification Access: Required to display reminders, alerts, and persistent screens when an alarm rings.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Service may utilize trusted third-party libraries for core app functionality (such as Google Play Services). These third parties may automatically collect information used to identify your device for analytics and stability tracking.

We recommend reviewing their privacy guidelines:

6. Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or request personally identifiable information from children under 13, as no data is collected on our end.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
